I am a women who just turned 40. When I started this website, I was 28, enjoying a metamorphous in life. After I hit 30, I changed, both in mind and in spirit. I am an earth child :), homeschool my kids, love my MAC, like hiking with my overgrown dog, like camping with my family in our big blue van, am studying the magic & healing of herbs, and am constantly experimenting with them.

Now I am finding my way, and I see that I need support, comfort, and inspiration from other women like me to help keep me on the path. For this reason, I created "Goddess In The Groove", to be a forum for ALL women, no matter what ethnicity, preference, age, marital or family status. There are too many websites out there that separate us women into little subcategories; this is a place to unite. I am a Momma to a girl & boy, one German Shepard, and soul mate to my husband, who always backs my "projects" 100%. Life happens, I married my boyfriend of 8 years, got pregnant almost immediately (unplanned), and my path changed.  I gave up a single women's dream job where I was making alot of money, traveling to the Caribbean constantly, training others....to stay home and raise my daughter. I ran two businesses out of my home for over 10 years, and I recently sold/closed them to shift my energy to the Goddess in the Groove and my projects that are close to my heart. I just published "Goddess in the Groove ~ Musings From the Goddess Within", which is an extension of this website in print. My dream is to build an interactive, coop style Women's Center, a place to EMPOWER :). Until then, I will be offering workshops and women's get-togethers locally.
